Scott Conard

MD President

Dr. Conard’s distinguished career is showcased by achievements in the strategic planning, creation, development and leadership of healthcare organizations. After completing his residency program as the Chief Resident, he continued to teach at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School for 21 years as he built a proactive, integrative medical clinic – TienaHealth – serving 50,000 residents of North Texas. This practice was then acquired when Dr. Conard became the Chief Medical & Strategy Officer where he played a central role in reproducing this integrative clinic with over 500 doctors in over 200 clinics in North Carolina, Texas and Nevada.

Combining clinical expertise with strong business acumen he has a proven track record in delivering positive operational and financial results in corporations as they develop from startups to stable and successfully scaling. Dr. Conard offers a unique perspective as a physician, entrepreneur and corporate executive.

Ankit Chander

MD Medical Director

Dr. Chander is a primary care physician who combines integrative approaches with traditional practice. He received his MD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and subsequently trained in internal medicine and nuclear medicine at Union Memorial Hospital and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. His passion for primary care was re-invigorated after a challenging experience with pain, which opened his eyes to integrative medicine. He then completed additional training in the fields of nutrition, hormone therapy, acupuncture and other emerging modalities.


His clinical interests include primary care, preventive medicine, interdisciplinary approaches to pain, hormone replacement, and early detection and management of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. At home, his interests include spending time with family, running, golf and meditation.

Loretta Nevarez-Kells

NP

Loretta Nevarez-Kells is an Arizona native who received her Bachelors and Masters Degree from Arizona State University. She is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with 24 years of healthcare experience providing both family medicine and women's health.


Her clinical interests are in women’s health, well woman exams, bio-identical hormone therapy, immune therapy for allergy and autoimmune conditions, non-invasive pain management, brain health and cardiovascular health. She is fluent in hormone replacement therapy including Bio-identical hormones for both men and women and is an advocate of the Bredesen Brain Health Protocol.


She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, collecting art and uses music as personal therapy. She prides herself on being a life-long learner. Loretta looks forward to becoming your healthcare partner in this amazing journey of Health & Wellness.
